At Velos Store, we ship orders from the United Kingdom to Germany.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

• Economy: €5 — 5–8 business days
• Standard: €10 — 3–5 business days
• Express: €15 — 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and delivery location.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs & Duties

Orders are shipped from the UK to Germany. Customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable charges may apply. Any applicable charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
